Meh-clipse

How was yours? Mine was bad. It looked like this:

And then like this:

And then I got bored and it looked more like this:

Honestly, I was pointing the camera where the sun should be.

Basically, the weather was bad, and all I saw was a general gloom, and darkness and coldness. We've had some glorious, practically warm, days in Les Forges. Earlier in the week, I went for a walk, and only wore a t-shirt, which was totally fine if I didn't stop. Obviously, they have sod's law in France, and fog, because we did not get a clear day on the day when it would have been spectacular and historic and such if it had been a clear day.

Never mind, we have another one in 2246 or something. By which time, I wont need to worry about weather, on account of how I will be living in space.

I'm here for another week. Ish. And then I haven't quite decided where else to go. I'm thinking Belgium to live with some Hare Krishnas, but Spain would be nice, for the sun. If you have any suggestions, feel free to send them me. Beyond next month, I'm more or less booked up until the end of the summer, and thus the end of my trip.
